Proverbs 9

¹²If thou be wise, thou shalt be wise for thyself: but if thou scornest, thou alone shalt bear it.
 What this phrase is saying to me is that we should not gloat our wisdom to just to flaunt it in everyones face. Speak of wisdom to better others knowledge. I will work on not trying to gloat to others if i know im right and they are wrong. I will also try to help people to better understand if they do not know of something.

This is surprising to me because they are putting a guy ahead of a lot of people and he is on charges with beating someone. Not okay on my part.

This feature story is about how a girl committed suicide because the family says she was bulled. This is hard for me to see because if she would have spoke up to an adult she could have prevented her very own death.

Proverbs 8

³² “Now then, my children, listen to me;  blessed are those who keep my ways.  I can follow the ways of the church and off God to stay in line with him and to also stay blessed i can always think of the right thing to do when i am in a troubled time and i need help. I will think of Gods ways.

My very own feature stories.

1- I will write a feature story about how great the weather was in December and January. Ask people about what they did with the beautiful weather. Did they go outside and enjoy it or did they still act as if it was winter and stayed inside.

2- Another feature story that I can write about is maybe ask the nurse how she is handling the cold season.( Is this one of the better winters or not )  Maybe ask her opinion  on how we can stay above the weather or what we can do if we do get under the weather.

My Feature Story. Iran's morality police crack down on Barbie

In Iran they band the sale of Barbie dolls. Some people thought that the Barbie’s were sending bad messages to children. Even though these Barbie’s have been banded from being sold they are still being sold from stores in Iran. Owners know that it is illegal to sell them but they don’t care. The owners are just trying to keep up with the still high demand of these Barbie dolls. This I think is a very good feature story. It is still news but it can capture the old and the young and still be relatable. It is also not an everyday topic that you can always talk about. It’s new and fresh.

Proverbs Chapter 7

Proverbs 7:2 “Keep my commandments, and live; and my law as the apple of thine eye.”
This phrase is saying to follow his commandments and follow his teachings. Spread the word of his to others.

Proverbs 6

Proverbs 6:20 “My son; keep thy father’s commandment, and forsake not the law of thy mother.”

In this verse it is talking about how we should follow the word of God not how we should do what were told. I am going to try to follow what God has told us this weekened. Not sin.
