Proverbs Chapter 7

Proverbs 7:2 “Keep my commandments, and live; and my law as the apple of thine eye.”
This phrase is saying to follow his commandments and follow his teachings. Spread the word of his to others.

Proverbs 6

Proverbs 6:20 “My son; keep thy father’s commandment, and forsake not the law of thy mother.”

In this verse it is talking about how we should follow the word of God not how we should do what were told. I am going to try to follow what God has told us this weekened. Not sin.

Whats up!!!!

Monday: going to go to the football game and cheer on the Gehlen Jays Football Team!!!
Tuesday: Going to go to the Volleyball game and cheer on the Gehlen jays girls volleyball team at Sioux City West!!!!!!!!
Wednesday: Have nothing really planned. Going to probably hang with Paxton 
Thursday: Probably nothing
Friday: going to hang with Friends or Go to Britt to Watch the Football Game!! (fingers crossed)
Saturday: Party!!!
Sunday: chill at Home. Go to Church probbb.

Proverbs 5

Let your eyes look straight ahead. Fix your gaze directly before you.  Proverbs 4:25

What this verse is saying to me is that i should always keep my eyes on the prize. Not let anything get into my way or interfere with something that i am going towards. If something does get in the way and if you are able to recognize it you should try to straighten it out and stay forcused on the goal. This week i am going to try to stay on task and try to accomplishe all of this weeks work.

Proverbs 5

“Remove thy way far from her, and come not nigh the door of her house.”
Proverbs 5:8

What this means to me is that we should want to be closer to God and if we get close to temptation or sin that will not help us got closer with God. This week i will try my best to stay away from temptation so that i can try to come closer to God this week.

Proverbs 3

Don't say to your neighbor, "Go, and come again, Tomorrow I will give it to you," When you have it by you.
Proverbs 3:28

What this verse means to mean is that we should not procrastinate. When you are able to do something for someone you should not wait till the last second to do it for them because of your laziness. If that person is will to ask for help you should at least be nice enough to help them back. This week I am going to do my best to not to procrastinate.

Highlight of the Year

Yesterday Brittany and I were on our way to our sister’s house and we were listening to 104.1 the Wolf. My 5 questions were on and I decided I would call in. SHE ANSWERED! I was freaking out. I put on speaker so that Britt could here. We got to question number four but then we lost. It was okay because I was just happy I was picked to get answered. I would have to say that was probably the highlight of my whole year. There is not much to top that.

Proverbs 2

Who forsakes the friend of her you, And forgets the covenant of her God: Proverbs 2:17

What i think this phrase is saying is that we should not try to hurry into adulthood. We should be children as long as possible, learn as much as we can. It is also saying dont give your purity up to quickly. Follow the ways of God tought to us and dont try to sin. I am going to try my best this week to try not to sin. I will try to follow all his ways and try to learn as much as possible

Proverebs 1

 The fear of the LORD is the beginning of knowledge; but fools despise wisdom and instruction.
Proverbs 1:7

What this phrase means to me is that no one is higher then the Lord. We should not think that people know anymore then what the lord knows. We are using our wisdom to follow Him. If you do not follow the lord you are not being smart. The reason this phrase sticks out to me because i like how it is telling us that we are being wise to follow the Lord and the other people who dont follow him are not using there wisdom. It helps me believe that i am following the right God. I am going to try to follow this by follow listen to all the advice i recieve it and use it as knowledge towards my actions
